On March 14th, Chinese embassy in Croatia organized working meeting on education. Close to twenty guests attended the meeting, among which were Chinese language lecturers from the Confucius Institute, Chinese language professors, volunteers and foreign students in Croatia.

During the meeting, Director of the Confucius Institute of University of Zagreb Yan Lidong and the representative of Chinese language professors in the School of Philosophy of University of Croatia Zheng Xiaoxiao delivered separate work reports on the work 2014 and laid down the future work plans for the current year. Volunteers from Confucius Institute and Chinese students studying in Croatia also briefed on their work and study experience in Croatia.

Mr. Wang Xiusheng, Counselor on Political Affairs of the Chinese embassy delivered a guiding speech, conveying Ambassador Deng Ying's greetings to all education workers in Croatia and Chinese students , encouraging them to further promote Chinese language and culture exchange and continue with their committed work in promoting people-to-people exchanges and cooperation between two countries to continuously contribute to enhance comprehensive development of China-Croatia ties.
