Though geographically far apart, China and Croatia enjoy a long history of friendly exchanges. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992, China-Croatia relations have seen positive and rapid development with fruitful cooperation in various fields, especially under the framework of Belt and Road Initiative and cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries in recent years. I am confident that with concerted efforts, China-Croatia comprehensive cooperative partnership will embrace an even more rewarding future to better benefit both countries and peoples.
